Anyone know of any decent but cheap accomodation in Leeds (preferably near Leeds Met Uni) for a weekend in earlyish October. I need a double room preferably en suite.
Thanks in advance

wow that's excellent. Did it include breakfast?
Has it got a website?0 -
There's the new Etap hotel in Leeds - £35 per room. Not sure whether it's any good but it's central...

Type trip advisor novotel leeds into google then type
trip advisor etap leeds .
The etap is modern, cheap, great ,location but does really bad on reviews. On the internet you can be anything you want. It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.0 -
i've stayed at the etap numerous times... i'm normally drunk when heading back to it, but it is new, and already falling apart, i've been in rooms where the blind hasn't shut fully, the window doesn't open a bit, but they are CHEAP, and quiet, and did i mention cheap?0

If you know that you want to def go, then it is £59 per night for 2 adults, without breakfast. But it is right next door to the railway.0 -
Etap is cheap but we had to share a bathroom with another ajoining room and as a previous poster said although it is ne it was falling apart inside. Would try using the priceline guide on this site and se if you can get a decent hotel cheapish.0

There are a couple of Travelodhes in the city centre and you can sometimes get cheap rooms with them - as my family did on a recent visit.
1 of them is right next to the train station too
Novotel is excellent- family have stayed there and rate it highly0
