Not sure if this is the right place for this post, if not can a Mod move it please.
We made a complaint about an insurance claim we had refused by our insurers to the insurance ombudsman.
It concerned some damage caused to our UPVC window frame from the sun reflected by a concave mirror, insurance company said it wasn't fire damage as there would not have been a flame, ombudsman has said it is scorching so he agrees with our insurers!
Can we complain about the ombudsmans findings and if yes, to whom do we complain?
TIA
