Pizza Express Nectar upgrade surcharge

So, Nectar rewards are offering 2 pizzas for 1000 points (normally worth £5). The terms say that you can upgrade to a Romana or Calabrese (I'd normally have one or the other of those) for an additional charge. But they don't say what the charge is. Anyone know what the 'upgrade' charge is (or what the range of charges is if they're different in different places)?

I have been charged £1.55 in one Pizza Express and £1.75 in another to upgrade to Romana.0 -
