    Really disappointed. Got my order and even though they said order your UK size they have sent US sizes and so everything for the kids is 2 sizes too small. Gutted.

    Their customer service seems to be ok, so hopefully they'll put it right for you, without charge.

    Same ish problem as Hersetta- ordered men's size 10, they have sent a M11, so both pairs too big. Phone call to customer services on Monday.

    Really not impressed with Crocs, have been tracking my item and appeared to be going backwards and forwards between two parcelforce depots either ends of the country - finally got through to my local depot who confirmed that my parcel actually has an address in Ireland on it and contains shoes that I definitely didn't order! So god knows where my order is and have to wait 4-5 days for customer services to respond.
    A home is not a home ..... without a dog :heart:
  • Those who need to return orders to Crocs, may wish to know that:
    - they allow 90 days for unworn items and
    - they will supply you online with a return paid label to their warehouse in The Netherlands.

    Full details are available by going to the Crocs website and at the bottom of the page under ''orders'' click on ''returns request''. As a 'newbie' I cannot post links so I have copied the details below and hope that this may some buyers needing to return items.

    Return policy / instructions
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always return unused/unworn items within 90 days. Only orders that are delivered to an address within the United Kingdom will receive a prepaid returns label with The Royal Mail to send the items back to our warehouse in the Netherlands..
    Exchanges Unfortunately Crocs™ currently cannot exchange any articles. The best way to receive a replacement is to initiate a return (click here for instructions) and to place a new order.

    Return request
    Within 90 days after the delivery a return can be requested. The easiest way to do so is by using the RMA process below. This helps Crocs™ to properly process your return and refund:

    If you are a registered customer:
    1. Please log into your account.
    2. Choose the order you would like to return.
    3. Go to ‘start a new return for my order’ on the right side of the page.
    4. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
    5. Confirm your return request.
    6. You will be sent a link for the Return Label which contains further instructions by email.
    7. Please send the item(s) back using the return label which is sent to you.
    8. You will receive a full refund of purchase price and shipping cost paid for the order, on average, within 10 working days after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/account.
    If you ordered as a guest:
    1. Please click on the return request link at the bottom of the website you ordered from
    2. Fill in your order number (eight numbers and three capital letters, e.g. 00012345CGB) and billing last name, as per your order confirmation.
    3. Go to ‘start a new return for my order’ on the right side of the page.
    4. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
    5. Confirm your return request.
    6. You will be sent a link for the Return Label which contains further instructions by email.
    7. Please send the item(s) back using the return label which is sent to you.
    8. You will receive a full refund of purchase price and shipping cost paid for the order, on average, within 10 working days after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/account.
    Please note: If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service with a short description of the defect. Please don’t return the faulty item(s) before you receive further instructions.

    Product warranty We kindly ask you to check the contents of your delivery on arrival. If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service with a short description of the defect.

    The warranty on Crocs™ footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of product receipt. If a defect occurs within this time, please contact our Customer Service. We will evaluate your request and determine whether the product will be replaced, returned or the purchase price credited (including shipping costs).

    I've wasted money on flip flops and have had to throw them out, too flat and too uncomfortable with plain plastic lining. Just got my croc flip flops - marvellous, more 'sole' and little bobbles inside stop your feet becoming sore! Thanks op!
