This is my original email, with the link again. If it doesn't work, I've no idea. I've just tried it myself and it's coming up as showing 'free shipping'.

All over the site it states free shipping there's the below caveat but I'm not sure what part of the offer it's referring to, I've bought it anyway and paid for shipping, taken lots of screenshots and emailed them asking them to refund me the shipping element. They may object as I used the 20% off newsletter and they do say the offer is not to be used in conjunction with anything else but I have a screenshot showing even without the newsletter discount it charges shipping. Fingers crossed they refund if not I'll speak to Amex and see if they can do anything.

Slightly disappointed with the CS already though, live chat is meant to be available "Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:00" but it constantly says it's closed and emails you get a response saying due to volume expect 4-5 days before a response.

Just in case anyone else was affected, finally managed to clarify with their online chat that charging postage on sale items should not have happened and my money's being refunded very happy with the results but shame it took a little while to get in touch with a member of their team
