What rate does egg (visa) give you

I have an egg money card which is 7% debit, 4% in credit. Egg Visa for me is 17.9%!!!

Various people have managed to get a rate of 9.1%, but I rang to cancel this am, they didn't want to give it to me, they tried to make me keep the card, but couldn't give me one example of why I should use it in preference to my egg money card that is 7%.
I cancelled it.
But am going to call egg every day by their freephone number and waste their time...
