The prize is a Richard Ward summer beach essentials kit for two winners, containing:
1 x Tangle Angel
1 x Total Hair Sun Shield with UV Protection
1 x After Beach Hair Butter
Probably a shared prize across Express/Daily Star/OK! (posted separately so you can track your entries)
I know of at least two winners who entered via all 3 sites so I am confident you won't dupe yourself. If it won't let you enter across all 3 sites on the same day then just bookmark and try again in a few days
