Have had a letter form Ombudsman today to say our claim against Yorkshire Bank has been upheld, overjoyed to say the least, and it's only taken over 4 years !!!!! Lets see how long they take to respond now !!

may i ask what were the dates for and how much info you had to claim?
i took out 2 loans with the yorkshire bank mid-late 90's and was thinking of sending a claim in, but with absolutely no details,
though i know there was ppi on them as i remember them refusing a claim once down to me been in temporary work.
