My OH gave up years ago fortunately - in the days you had to do it all yourself - he went cold turkey and the only thing he had was herbal cigs fron holland Barrett
When you are working how long do you have to work to get. £10 - true figure after tax, national insurance, bus fare etc
The other way to shock yourself is to put £10 of value and basic groceries in a trolley - probably about 15 or so items, enough to feed you for several days esp if you have allotment veggies“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
