Good afternoon all, would some kind person point me in the right direction to find sent pm's. I'm bloomin lost. Please and thanks.

You have to have a tick box checked to save sent pm's so unfortunately they don't automatically save. I think it's a setting in User CP on the green bar near top of page.

EDIT: The setting is under Edit Options so if you don't have it set to save sent PMs they wont be there, while in private messages use the drop down box and top of page to change from Inbox to Sent ones mine shows 0 as I don't save them. HTHs

ok - CS can't help me - need to speak to 'account services' - they gave me another number for this but it's just ringing out. Anyone else had a similar issue and managed to get it sorted out - any help would be much appreciated xxxxx

For the first time (after using around 20 vouchers without anyone batting an eyelid) I had similar trouble last night. The SA couldn't accept that a £4 coupon was valid on my purchases - crisps, bread, milk etc - even when I produced the letter that came with the voucher which clearly stated ANY food item (even a soft drink ) ! I reached the stage of 'do you want me to call HQ yet again?' and she insistd on calling a supervisor. Supervisor took one look and said 'of course its valid - put it through'. Then the SA gave me the usual spiel about illegal use , misuse etc.

Waitrose tried every which way to get out of taking my voucher today! First the s/a said the till wouldn't accept it and to go to the c/s desk. There they said it couldn't be accepted cos I had bought a couple of reduced price items. I asked em to show me where it said that there were exclusions in the T & C's. Then the manager was called and he said that Waitrose were not participating in this offer. I went onto the Walkers website and pulled up the list of participating stores for him to see (which included Waitrose). I got my £4 in the end and a very half-hearted apology.....it only took 3/4 of an hour!!! :rotfl:

My account got suspended, and they gave me a number in Leeds to ring, Asda House I think, but I never rung them, due to DS had just started a job in the local Asda and OH didnt want me to rock the boat for him, we only have 1 Asda locally, so I left it, but would love to hear how you get on. Good luck :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)
