My eldest got one of these

    BREVILLE VBL062 Blend-Active Blender - Green

which comes with 2 bottles so you can do 2 smoothies and send everyone off for the day with something healthy. It takes minutes to make them and its just as quick to clean.
so having seen hers in action I got one myself - about £20

I put 200ml of juice or juice drink in the bottom and then add whatever I've got - either a fresh banana or one I've frozen, whatever frozen fruit I have in small quantities - raspberries, blueberries or whatever was reduced, also I put in cucumber, kale etc. I also add a scoop of porridge oats to thicken it and some omega sprinkle but it makes it gritty.
most of mine are pink but many people swear by green smoothies :D

I got masses of passion fruit reduced to 10p each (were 60p) from Sainsburys so these are good, just scoop out the middle.

Apples or pears I just put in small bits, entire apples are too much but home made apple sauce would be good.

    Thank you mhoc

I hardly buy any fruit or juice.
    I wouldn't use one.

I do have oranges now and again and put in glass with my Pepsi Max ;)

At work I eat a bit fruit with my dinner but that's not every day.

Doing SW on your own suits me because I do it my way following it and lose weight. I did eat fruit when I first started but was spending money I couldn't really afford on it.
Never go to my supermarkets and find stuff reduced to pence :(

    Exercise apart from walking NO
    Eat plenty fruit NO
    Eat breakfast NO
