I would just say ignore it. I believe its still illegal to charge you a parking fine on private land that exceeds the parking charge and as there is no charge there is no fine. Do as most people do and ignore the letters.

My T today had some yellow stickered reduced items in the Santa M range. I bought Orange pepper reduced to 24p and chili explosion spices reduced to 37p; used 2 coupons (I forgot where I got them from) they scan as 50p so paid to take away. HTH0 -
