you can't create new referral threads if one already exists for that retailer, but you can add to an existing thread to say you also have a referral code people could use. The only zeek thread that I can see on the referrals board has been closed so I opened a new one

And you're allowed to discuss referrals on the main board so long as you don't post the actual referral there
