I don't own a microwave oven for the same reason do a little research and have a look what happens to your white blood cells
after ingesting microwave food.

Thanks to the OP last night regarding the loo rolls.
Sel was there, no stock so looked up, couldn't reach so went to get a line prop from the laundry isle!! Normally use a coat hanger but needed more length.....
