Ive got 2 boxes of bric a brac on the dining table I've been filling for weeks and 2 bags of clothing for Oxfam - might take them in tommorow as I am fed up of the dining table being a collection point.

Then there is a huge pile of books Oh has culled which need sorting and bagging - about one in 10 are worth listing on Amazon

Trying to get dressed this morning, 4 tops went into the charity bag before I found one I could actually wear.

But we are making progress. OH has had such a massive sort out a set of shelves was taken down this morning, shelves rearranged so now its a bedroom bookcase. And also the lovely wooden mirror youngest son brought us now finally has a place on the wall.

Our visitor is due in 4 weeks, first time since Christmas, wonder if she will notice how tidy we are

Definitely on-going and relentless! For me, the latest is sewing and mending. I bought a new sewing machine before Christmas -- the old one, which was almost 30 years old (yelp, I am getting old!) died. It had far better instructions and I now know how to sew stretch fabrics. I am in the middle of sorting all my tee shirts! The too large ones (charity shop finds mostly) now fit me snugly and now I am in the process of taking in the ones which have got baggy (through washing, not weight loss, sadly) and also making them shorter since most tee shirts are too long for me. The pile is huge and is slightly getting me down as the spare room looks like a bomb has hit it! But I am trying not to buy clothes unless I really need them or if they are a mega bargain and there is so much in the wardrobe which just needs a little tweak...

been to hospital for scan.took me back to scan for ds, except the probe and jelly eas warm, not freezing cold.
anyway she says I have gall stonescand if pain keeps on they will probably relieve me of my gall bladder, cos apparently you dont need it anyway!!!same as your appendix and coccyx, just a remnant of our cavemen days.they can whip out a gall bladder with keyhole surgery nowadays no trouble:cool:.
she will send scan to hospital drs not my drs, which is just as well cos you cant get an app for weeks at my drs.so if the hospital drs ask me, I will probably get rid instead of all the pain cos once you have gallstones, you are always etting them, rather like cold sores I suppose.
I came out and dh asked what happened.
I sed good and bad news.
Bad news is I have gallstones.:(

Upstairs one goes other into kitchen :T:T

One upstairs kept calling me sweetheart no wonder after what he said

I had to move all stuff from DS room apart from bed and small wardrobe :eek:

I asked why so he explains what they doing. Also explains what space is needed in my room. Luckily end of my bed towards door wall.

So I have just sat down after moving all stuff from one bedroom to other and am cream crackered now. Kitchen is also empty apart from Poppy's water bowl kettle and coffee And white goods I was told to leave in.
