I thought I would just post a little feedback on this. I have just had a recorded message that got as far as saying "this is a recorded message" and I remembered the above post so I firmly pressed 9 and a human voice said "good afternoon you are through to .......(can't remember) energy how can I help you"
So I'm not doubting your information but on this occasion it didn't appear to work. Has any one else had any experience of this?

    Interesting, not had that happen.

We were actually given this information by a chap that has a company that deals in phone numbers that do this sort of thing.

Also have you heard the ridiculous news? Ts are going to stop selling Ribena and Capri Sun from the 7th of September to prevent child obesity!

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3175463/Sugary-Ribena-axed-Tesco-supermarket-removes-raft-popular-children-s-drinks.html

How ridiculous so are they going to stop selling coke etc.

I was brought up along with my friends on Ribena when I was a kid and no way were we obese. There is no single answer to childhood obsesity it is a combination of things. Makes me cross people have choices taken away. I would rather have full sugar and clean my teeth properly than artificial sweetners that may or may not have far worse health concerns. Sorry for rant. :o
