been working on a feeding plan for lovely mare, as she needs to put on quite a bit of weight, hopefully before winter, and measuring her for a winter rug, as cheaper to get now
Yes I thought it wouldimagine the scenario horse queueing up with its passport in its mouth and a suitcase strapped to his back . What with a travelling horse and tweets s clever dog who can do anything and everything ...... The mind boggles :rotfl:

Hi TM can I ask what the name of the champagne was as we are going to a 25 th wedding anniversary party in September and a bottle might go nice with something else. Anyone got any ideas as what to buy as a present please0 -

I've now got the doctor's appointment fixed for tomorrow, so I'll forget about it right now and go when it's due.
I think that most people are often wrong most of the time and the 1% minority view is, quite often, right. That's how it was after I lost my mother. I was told that people grieve for a certain amount of time and then things get better. I thought "Why do I have to?". So I didn't. I think that, quite wrongly, I dealt with the death of my mother much better than other things that should have been minor, although losing my mother in the middle of things didn't help. I was very upset on one occasion prior to losing her.
But, as for grieving, I found a way of coping and didn't accept that I had to grieve for any length of time as suggested by the hospital. My usual "Why? Where's the evidence to say that I have to accept that?" came into things again.
It's what it is, the way things are and life goes on. Don't think you have to follow other people's rules there, deal with it in your own way and the way you can.
It might sound flippant, but it was my way and worked for me. Don't let anyone tell you how you have to react (but, obviously, don't get upset if they do) but do talk to people and seek support and as best comfort as you can get if you need.0 -
Good afternoon all.
SSM so sorry to hear about your FIL. Hugs to you and also to Savvy. And indeed anyone else in need.“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0
