One of the reduced things I got today was Arla summer berry yogurts for 34p for a 4 pack - only I wish I hadn't now.

Just added it to my fitness plus app and there are 22g of fat in a pot  - even though it quite clearly says low fat and low sugar on the wrapper - over half of the daily allowance gone in a few spoonfuls
Something I won't be buying again.

Mind you we have sausages for dinner and a Gu pud for dessert so it wasn't going to be the best dietary day anyway but a fatty yogurt does not help.

I think the moral of the tail is to read the wrapper first and not be seduced by yellow stickers :)[/QUOTE
    I am anybody's for a yellow sticker!
Let us be honest, we look at a yellow sticker, product tick, price tick, and in the basket it goes.....get home unpack shopping & pat ourselves on the back for being there at the right time :rotfl:

    Exactly.

I never even bother looking at pies, quiches or ready meals in the reduced fridge but you would think a yogurt would be a safe bet.
Myfitness app has a pie chart with carbs, protein and fats in different colours and I can't even look at it right now 61% is a glaring red fat :(

Lesson learnt - don't assume that low fat things are low fat

What does it say on the pack?

I have some of the Arla strawberry yoghurts in the fridge and there's only 2.3g fat in a 125g pot. I can't imagine that summer berries would be 10x more. Maybe your app has the decimal point in the wrong place?

    I have these: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=287961382

    ETA if it's these:

There's only 2.2g or 2.3g depending on the flavour.

    It's only a game
