Well done tweets. another pound off! I meant to post yesterday but decided to log out. I am still struggling, nothing lost nothing gained, it doesn't matter what I do. I think I might go back on the 5:2 it worked for me last time. I have just got to get my head around it again

Thank you I think its harder once you are at goal I up my syns and still lose .
