altojack, hope you found that hedgehog. It took me a long time to convince the in-laws that they really should not be putting out bread and milk for the hogs that visited their garden

I checked Tic Tacs in Jacks - 29p or 4 for £1 but they are currently flashed with a texting competition to win £5.

    :)Good morning
Just to let the local elite know the result of shop yesterday
items (8 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda Tesco
    1x Tic Tac Strawberry Fields (18G) £0.30 £0.60
    2x Carte Noire Classic Instant Coffee (100G) £5.00 £4.00
    1x Tunnocks Milk Chocolate Tea Cakes (6X24G) £1.00 £0.81
    1x Heinz Beef Ravioli (400G) £0.95 £0.50
    1x Haribo Starmix (1PK) £0.10 £0.10
    1x Asda SmartPrice Mushy Peas (300G) £0.16 £0.16
    1x Tic Tac Fresh Mints (18G) £0.70 £0.60
    1x ASDA Grower's Selection Red Seedless Grapes (500G) £2.00 £2.00
Comparison total (compared products only) £10.21 £8.77
    +£1.44

The tic tacs don't appear at the correct price and one doesn't show on APG at all although it went through as Ferrero at 30p!!
CS couldn't be bothered calculating so gave me £1 back and I know that I should have had a gift card but sometimes it's better to walk away:)

How many did you buy of the 1 that doesn't appear?

If 1 then no multibuy would have come off as Strawberry isn't in the offer. Was it labelled up as being in the offer? If more than 1 did no multibuy come off? (I'm just wondering why you were due a giftcard)

    TIA

    ETA:
In my store they dumped them all into a bin at the end of an aisle with a generic 3 for £1 sign so my £2 gc was easy :money:

ETA2: if the 3rd one doesn't show on apg you could get 2 mint and 1 trigger and they'd compare £1.40 v £1 20 giving you back 32p. That makes the cinema even cheaper! :j

    Thanks Aau
    I bought
    Fresh mint
    Strawberry
    Apple
-Apple scanned as Ferrero and at 30p
It wasn't too bad as I paid 1.30 for the three and CS gave me £1 back
And then lost 20 p on APG
