    I think its more a case of if I can find anything to do that isnt weeding, then do it, but yes, I think you are right :beer:

    I use this 4in1 stuff, spray the weeds and 3-4 days later it's killed them and I just leave them. I don't bother digging them out. The stuff also makes the grass greener to.

    It's like powder stuff and I dilute it and put it on the grass too :)

    I tried one of those burner gas things that lidl sometimes have on offer, what a waste of time.

    Afternoon all.
    I spent the last weekend visiting elderly relatives.
    I found out that my Dad was in an Elite group during the war.The first SAS set up in 1941.He never spoke much about the war although we know he was blinded in one eye and deafened in one ear and spent some months in hospital .
    I come back here and realise what a self centred/materialistic society we have become.
    And as for the suggestion that old age pension should be cut by £10.The old folk deserve 10 times more for the sacrifices they made.

    This thread doesn't deserve the Elite name with all the backbiting and snide remarks etc.
