    Hi Everyone,

A £20 eVoucher has disappeared from my account. No idea why as I hadn't extended or gone over £100 for the month. This has happened a few times to me now, I know I'm not the only one. Expiry date was 6th August and it was there yesterday.

Also, I still need to check and claim my last C&C order from a couple of weeks ago but the APG check button is missing.

I've put another order in for tonight (tried the chicken platter, thanks OP) so hoping the button reappears.

If that doesn't work I might just open a new account as mine seems to be glitchy.

    Cheers,
    Sad_Dad

I've had 'removals' a couple of times too ! I don't think its wise to have various evouchers with different expiry dates - odd things seem to happen when you only use some of them and the new ones arrive with different dates. If any of the new ones are for the same value eg £20 as an old one the system goes into a spin. I haven't (touch wood) lost any since I started to use all outstanding vouchers at the same time on my next order. Then all evouchers have the same dates.

Now, I fancied putting a beer order in, and adding a few tobys, but no doubt my beer will be cheaper at asda, oh well, scratch that idea

Why TM - just how very dirty are you ?? ;)

Sure I've told you all my MSE showering routine. I get in and shut the door before turning the water on. The cold water makes me jump about a bit..... But I count 20 seconds......used to be longer but I have it down to a fine art........and well within that time I am completely done:D

If I'm washing my hair it takes a little longer but I turn off the water between wetting my hair and putting shampoo and conditioner on to save water.
Plus I use a bar of soap which saves time.

Our water/ gas bills have gone down considerably:T

I then put on my hair shirt and get on with the day:):rotfl:

Thanks TBW, I've tried to use mine ASAP after they appear but not always possible, I will keep monitoring. Who'd have thought that their system is glitchy.

The comments had me in stitches but will I now worry about leaving my toothbrush in the bathroom when the maid is due? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
A nice bit of light hearted banter and tongue in cheek suggestions.....at least I think they were :D

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
    Good afternoon Elite :hello:

Super sunny today but quite a wind too

I'm venturing out later, need to get a few bits that I've run out of, don't know how that happened. Well yes I do, DH has been in charge of shopping whilst I've been out of action and he doesn't always shop they way I do ;)

Hugs to those in need, they are free so help yourself :grouphug: ooo errr

Very sad :( People used to say this about me when I was a little girl and my mum would use it saying things "You're a problem child, Mrs ..... said you need a damn good smack". Louise I'm sure you're a better mum than my mum and this doesn't need saying but please let your daughter know you disagree with these interfering busy bodies. As a child I felt unwanted by my mum and she made me feel like I was a burden and no child should have to feel like that :(

Sorry you had such bad experiences in your childhood sweetheart, those sort of things have terrible repercussions later on. You come across as a very lovely caring person x

    Morning gang
just up for air, I so agree with this post as OH and DS1 have a small business and we don't even take enough to live on, we can't .....but what do you do if you aren't working all the hours ??? I work part time but need to up my hours as we have slid into another "tunnel" of debt and bad health.......may have to sell my little bolt hole in Spain but will cling on as it serves as respite for OH after a lot of 70 + hour weeks.
At least we are occupied, couldn't stand doing nothing and getting on each others nerves all of the time ;) hope all are well, so behind I can't possibly read back but please shout if you have received any Walkers vouchers in the last 10 days or if I need to email someone...thanking you all and onwards (not sure about upwards)my lovelies xxxxxxxx

I know what you mean wend yak exactly. My dad had always been self employed from the age of 21 until he retired. He worked all hours to make a decent living for the family. Yes he did well, I had horses and went to private school. In his later years he didn't employ as many staff and scaled down, that was a mistake as some weeks he just broke even.

all those thinking of starting up on their own give it a long hard think as its not all glamour and piles of cash without back breaking hours.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
