She is upset because she told them she didnt want a cocktail lesson and its a bit silly when they know she cant drink much.
She has got herself all worked up about and doesnt know what to do. We have a really nice spa near us and she would prefer a spa day, nice meal , dance and stay at hotel. She wants me to say something to them but I am already seen as an interfering mother as it. What can I do or suggest to her??

She just called me again to say she can live with the cocktail thing but the strippers are a no no as she doesnt want to be humiliated. She had a row with this friend at Glastonbury and the girl made a few choice remarks about me that I was not allowed to tackle her about. But now i am afraid she will have to listen to me about this and if she argues i will say and by the way I know what you said about me a few weeks ago. I am talking my daughter for a day at Bath Thermal Spa tommorow but we have agreed just to enjoy ourselves and not discuss weddings, My Mum or my sisters!

She is 34 and had a wonderful boyfriend for 10 years but she cheated on him so many times he walked away. Now she flits between 2 men who both wanted to have a proper relationship but now just mess her around cos she cant make up her mind. She also has a one night stand every time the girls go out for a night out!! Dont think she'll be getting married any time soon. Its a shame cos she is smart, good looking, is a hard worker but still lives at home with her Mum as she cant seem to grow up.

Whatever happened to the days when a hen do was just the bride going out for a nice meal and a bit of a dance with her girl friends.

I'm in the process of arranging my besties hen do as well as the postponed one from last week. My opinion for my two is that they should be doing something that they will enjoy but not something they can do any time. If your daughter goes to bath spa anyway, I wouldn't have her hen there. But that's just my opinion

For the bestie, we are doing afternoon tea, a roller disco and a spa day. For the other one, an 80's night. Both things that they would not normally do but will enjoy.
