Thanks for replying, gave up last night but will try again later.

    Nice holiday?

Yes, brilliant, thank you. Toured around so not very MSE except we took kettle and teapot with us, saving a fortune on breakfasts. And we use hotels.com which means the odd free night - topcashback too so unbeatable. Now trying to restore order in house and being distracted by turning an old pair of OH's pyjama bottoms into new shorts for me!

Just thought id give you an up date on my silver cross pram-
If you remember I got it down from the loft after 30 years, but it only had 3 wheels

I have searched high and low for a replacement and many people from elite have been helping:T

I private message coach built pram spares through a link from silver cross- they sent me a new wheel :)

when it arrived it didn't fit:( the mechanism was slightly different:(

after several messages to and fro from a lovely gentleman Stephen:A he said my pram was from the early 70s but hiding away since the 70s on the back shelf he has found a wheel :T:j

it arrived this morning by 1st class post - and it fits perfectly:)

Now ready for my baby grandson 12 weeks old to be wheeled round to his great- grandmothers 85th birthday celebrations on sunday, she was the one who originally bought the pram nearly 40years ago, and she has no idea we still have it, 2p tissues at the ready I think:D

That is fantastic! Thanks for sharing.

I have been very good not applying for trials just for the sake of them...I didnt bother with the self tan products last week either as I'm not a fan of the orange look and the fact it rubs off everywhere.

Working through my trial stashes...still lots left but I have managed to throw away 4 empty bottles of various lotions and potions this week.

I ask for trials cream/make up ones for my workmate who lives near me I only use soap on my face and only wore make up once for my 18th. She not got many pennies so she likes the odd samples I get her and tells me what they like ;)

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
DH dug up some salad potatoes yesterday, I hadn't seen the tubers before hand. When he got home he said they looked strange, so I looked into the bag and they are pink knobbly things.

I looked online and found out that they are Pink Fir Apple potatoes, now he swears blind that the packaging stated salad spuds. The description online does make them sound tasty to me but DH isn't sure about eating spuds tasting of Apple :rotfl:

Seems they will store well until after New Year, so there's a treat for the Christmas holidays :T
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    Good Afternoon :)

    Another lovely day :)

Hillbern glad you found a wheel :T

Rhos what a lovely cosy home you have :D

Mumto2monkeys had something to say to you but I forgot what it was :o

Called in Mr T on the way home and 4 bottles free Yazoo ;) it was £1 a bottle and Mr Yazoo kindly sent me and Poppy 2 coupons each when we won a coupon each and told them we didn't have a printer :j:j:j

Also treated myself to a finest small trifle and a cake with my Orchard or was it Bzz coupon. ;)

Ended up saving £12 on my shopping :D

spoke to a very pleasant person on the phone, my vouchers are confirmed and they have a delay, now 10-12 days. i pointed out they might be ood before i get them, she said not to worry, they will sort something out if they are.

she was surprised i had 10 to come as she could see them on both emails (dw's and mine)
so how surprised will she be if she sees some of the other elites.
