If we get lucky and they really are £1.97 each, buy them on a CC/HD and you might get an apg for each one of £2.14 A v S, making them better than free..:D0 -
Good afternoon lovelies:hello:
Hope all is well.
I'm a bit sad today:( only one more nursery day left and I've just gone to see how my apples were doing in the garden and this is what I found ...:(:(:( I think my green fingers have deserted me this year:( my sunflowers about 12" tall... The birds ate my strawberries and now this[/URL]

Just thought id give you an up date on my silver cross pram-
If you remember I got it down from the loft after 30 years, but it only had 3 wheels
I have searched high and low for a replacement and many people from elite have been helping:T
I private message coach built pram spares through a link from silver cross- they sent me a new wheel
when it arrived it didn't fit:( the mechanism was slightly different:(
after several messages to and fro from a lovely gentleman Stephen:A he said my pram was from the early 70s but hiding away since the 70s on the back shelf he has found a wheel :T:j
it arrived this morning by 1st class post - and it fits perfectly:)
Now ready for my baby grandson 12 weeks old to be wheeled round to his great- grandmothers 85th birthday celebrations on sunday, she was the one who originally bought the pram nearly 40years ago, and she has no idea we still have it, 2p tissues at the ready I think:D
Ah that's fab. A lovely story to pass on to future generations and Well done Stephen for taking the time to look. I'm sure Great Grandmother will have a lovely surprise.
It's so lovely to have something to pass on to future generations. Mine is a christening blanket crochet that my great grandmother made I had it so did my sis, both monkeys were brought home from hospital in it (even in June) and so were my nieces.0 -

Are there still apples left on the tree? An apple tree will drop the apples it doesn't want to grow, usually happens in June, known as June drop, so all may not be lost
Same with the sunflowers - I've got ones in the garden ranging from 18 inches to 7ft. Funnily enough, the shortest one has a big fat yellow flower on itdifferent varieties will give different results

Afternoon all
Just popping in to say thanks to the OP of the razors in Ms. I managed to get some yesterday
I've also managed to stock up on baked beans. The Heinz 4 packs of 50% less sugar were RTC for £1 in my local Ts. Prefer them for the children.
Just wondered how the other C25Kers are getting on? I've not been managing 3 runs a week and am finding it a bit harder without the intervals to walk. But I did finish week 7 last night. 25 minutes of runningOnly 3lbs down since I started but definitely much better fitness and a bit more toned.
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

 sadly no. I bought it last year so this year was the first time it produced apples. It produced 3the three that are now on the ground
My sunflower is a bit odd looking. I say mine it's DD she bought a pk of seeds and grew them indoors to start off with. It has no black middle just a yellow flower.0 -
