If it was an M local then it probably wouldn't but it should in big M's. I noticed that there were two different packs - one with blue razors and ones with pink. It was the blue ones I picked up this morning

So the blue ones worked, I thought it was only the 'girls' ones that were working?
Was it these please Q of C?

Not a local just a new big one, opened end of last year. Now you have me wondering about the colour, but they were the only 4 packs they had.

If you do just make sure it's the blue razors you pick up and not the pink ones

Rebecca doesn't need to shave does she?! :p

Well it is summer time, and all that fur keeps her far too warm ;)

She loves a nice short back and sides.

Went to Boots for my 02 meal deals for £1 x 2. Woman there said she needed to see the clock counting down. Not on a windows phone says I. Why don't people believe me lol. She took it in the end but was that flustered she gave me 70p change instead of 30p lol

Now this same woman knew nothing about the O2 deals two weeks ago now she thinks she knows it all.

Dawn went there in her dinner hour for hers and this woman was saying to someone else that she had a lady this morning who got quite aggressive ( think it was me lol ) I think I'm just being firm but perhaps I can come across as aggressive with my sharp tongue if need be and when I know I'm right as I do my homework first.

Bet of the meal deals I think :)

I also worry about being too direct and blunt so when I am dealing with staff in a shop or talking over the phone or even if I am writing an email I try to use key phrases to soften my request, if Ive got a phone call to make I will even write down what to say

    eg
I wonder if you could please help me, it's probably me being very dim
I hope you don't mind but I have a huge favour to ask please
I have to apologise in advance, I know this is an odd thing to ask...

If you come across as apologetic, confused worried even I think people are less likely to see it as aggressive strike, you have to get staff on your side and keen to co operate and be helpful

And also thank the person profusely afterwards - even if you have had to show them how to do their own job

Eg Thank you so much, that was so much more simpler/straightforward/ less complicated than we thought
Thank you I am so relieved, it was so much quicker, I was so worried

Also asking open questions so you let the other person figure out the answer is a good tactic
eg when I was negotiating with Sky I said to the chap well I've been testing our download speed and it's averaging around the x mark - what do you think? So the chap was keen to help, didn't go straight in the defensive and we had a proper discussion about it and what could be done.
