Being Harassed by PDHL

Over the past few months, I have been increasingly contacted by representatives of the company, wanting to 'reasses' my situation to see if I am better off on an IVA. I have advised them, repeatedly, that this is not what I want to do, as I am perfectly satisfied with the debt management plan. They do not seem to want to listen! I am wondering if it's in their financial interests in any way to get me from a DMP onto an IVA?
They have also introduced all sorts of new rules such as seemingly needing to conduct a full financial review every quarter and not sending out copies of income and expenditure forms! I have requested mine, well, it must be into double figures now!
Many of their staff appear to be operating with limited brain capacity these days and it's driving me insane. I am supposed to have a 'dedicated account manager' but each time someone contacts me it is a different person!
They are a limited company, there only goal is to make as much money from you as they can, it's a very bad idea having your debts "managed" by a company such as this.
If they go bust, which happens quiet frequently in this business, you lose every penny you have paid them, that's why people have a hostile attitude towards them, they profit from people's debt misery.
You have already experienced there aggressive sales patter, trying to pressure you into an IVA, the average fee an IP recieves for an IVA is around 8-12k, dependant on your level of debt, so it's a very profitable avenue for them.
You really should consider cancelling the agreement you have with them and use one of the free debt charities, or even go self managed, they don't do anything you cannot do for yourself, for free.
See this thread proving what a compete nightmare these type of companies can be :
