IVA and Defaults
Hi all
quick question. My IVA finished last year and everything is due to fall off my cr report over the next month. There is, however, one that a debt was sold onto. They are marked as default with the correct date, but still shows as open
I have emailed a couple of times and no response, but my question is this. Will this fall off after the 6 years even though it is not marked as satified?
Thanks
