Hi, I've just been offered to take part in my works share option plan (EMI Scheme).
This is the first time I've ever had this and it's all written in legal jargon so it's a bit hard to get my head around what's actually being offered and how it all works.

- Who should I speak to for independent advice? (IFA? Lawyer?)
- Can these things be negotiated?
