Hog roast

I am a member of a Local Charity in our village and every year we do a hog roast. We cater for approx 150 - 200 adults plus about 100 children and we cook 6 very very very large beef joints and abound 3-4 very very very large pork joints and then burgers and sausages for the children. We serve the meat to the people in a bun and then they help themselves to various salads. I must say that we never have any food left over and each year we tend to end up doing more!!
Good luck to you but I definately think you will need a great deal more meat than that.0 -
