I notice that VCS have a 5 day hearing , and we are on the 5th day today, must be a big un!


anyone know anything about this case?

As I understand the Scottish system it has taken 5 separate visits to court to get this far. Its very, very expensive for them to get their £100 so I'm guessing they are looking for a scalp to prove a point.

So far UKPC have bottled out but our Simon has cash to burn to get what he wants.

uum , I can understand the 5 attempts , as per the CEL (fraud case) , however this looks to be the equivalent of the small claims court ?? , and its not several visits , its day 5 of 5 ?

Where does it say it's day 5 of 5? Emanresu is right, there has been a whole series of court hearings in Scotland for just one case. Basically the Scots do not want this racket on their turf and are throwing every obstacle they can in the way of the PPC's.
