conflicting credit reports?

Not sure if anyone can offer up some advice...
I have just checked my credit reports on Experian and Equifax, as I've been working to rebuild my credit and wanted to check on my progress. Experian says my credit rating is 'fair' and scores around 760, but Equifax says my credit rating is 'poor' just above very poor, and scores under 300! Now I'm not sure what further steps to take? Both credit reports have the same information on (correct on both) so I'm not sure why they are so different?

There's no further steps to take. As long as the information is correct, then it's fine.
Your score is a secret between you and them that no lender is interested in. The scores will change tomorrow in any case, for no particular reason.0
