Alarm panel power cut

Can anyone please help?

My alarm works perfectly except now, and every day, the panel goes black after a few hours and the alarm sounds inside and out. The only way to switch it off, is to remove the main control box cover and remove and reseat a fuse, this resets the alarm and switches off the alarms?

  • Sounds like you need a new battery in the alarm panel!!
The old battery is most likely to be pulling the panels power down!! (Battery cells are knackered, due to age, etc)

agree, we had this and needed a new battery - wasn't too expensive.
