Most switches go through fine, in any industry there will always be noisy outliers. There are no reports to show 17 day switching isn't working. The official statistics will be released towards the end of the year.

Dear SmallCustomer, we really cannot understand why you are not as excited as we are that it sometimes now takes as little as 17 days to complete the simple accounting exercise of transferring the billing for your energy consumption from one computer system to another. Please stop complaining, and try to understand that the time it takes for your previous supplier to get around to producing your final bill, and dealing with any outstanding debit or credit, is not part of the switching process, even though it frequently takes far longer than another 17 days. Once the switch is complete, then why would you expect your ex-supplier to give their ex-customers any kind of customer service? Please stop being silly. Best wishes from TheBigSix.
