R85 form

I have completed an R85 form and was wondering if this should be posted to my local HSBC or to which address. I tried to look it up but have not had any luck.

I took mine to the local banks and then posted any others I couldn't reach - Lloyds and TSB for me.0

However in many places they say take the R85 to your local branch, so that's what I'd do.0 -
HSBC's website doesn't help much. In at least one place it says send the R85 to your tax office (clearly wrong!); in other places they try (and fail) to link to the R85 on the gov.uk site.

I took it to the local branch. At first the cashier I dealt with said I had to post the forms to the head office. Eventually he disappeared to confer with someone, returned and told me it was alright and everything had been done. I wonder if it actually is in place or not, I suppose I will have to wait and see if tax is removed or not. Or am I able to check in my online account?0 -
Check to see if your bank actually needs an R85.
I know Lloyds will accept your oral instruction at the counter.
A letter follows in a few days to confirm.0 -
