. The competition winner will be notified within one working week of the closing date of the competition, 31st July, 2015. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner by 15 August, 2015, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
2. The main prize is a £500 voucher to spend on Finisterre’s online shop, there is no cash alternative and non-transferable. Visit finisterreuk.com to redeem.
3. The prize also includes a a 3-night weekend or 4-night midweek break at Halzephron Cabin. The stay is available from 1 September 2015 to 31 December 2015, and subject to availability (Excluding, half-term(s), bank holidays and Christmas). If the winner has already made a booking at Halzephron Cabin the prize can be claimed against this booking.
4. The stay is on a self-catering basis. Travel to and from the prize destination is not included. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than 15 October 2015. If the holiday is not booked by this point or the holiday itself not taken before the dates outlined above, the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, the booking is final and cannot be amended.
5. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars, Finisterre and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person.
