It says Because of condition 1 For Disability Element none of that applies work programme Said I am entitled so started work on that basis but until I am trained in job around 6 months will only have max 24 Hours at min wage i meet the other conditionsIcequeen99 wrote: »Why do you think you are not entitled?

Sorry Condition 2 is one that I cant meetblondebubbles wrote: »Condition One states you must work 16hrs or more per week. You meet this.
Condition Two states you have a disability that puts you at a disadvantage in getting a job. Check here for criteria - https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/419560/TC956.pdf
Condition Three states you must be getting or have received a qualifying benefit. You meet this as on DLA.0 -

I received TC603R from Tax Credits last month and I wrote back to them with slight change. I now have received TC602(D) provisional form with the correct income.
Do I need to ring/write to them again, that income is right or will they now renew my Tax Credits?
Thanks0 -
