Best bank account for 18 year old?

My 18 year old dd is fed up with her current bank charging her £5 a day if she is overdrawn.Ideally of course, she shouldn't go overdrawn, but as a new adult it used to be the case that her account simply didn't allow her to take funds out that were not there.
Is there an account out there that she can cap so she only spends what is hers.
She is a student in college can she get a student account, although without a huge overdraft, as she will just keep spending it.
How easy will it be for her to switch current accounts? Her income is about £130 per month from her Saturday job. Also she has very little credit history.Any suggestions? Thanks.
