Maybe so but if you've got a published 'phone number you ought at least to respond to voicemails.

I'm sure you are doing a great job in general but there is a steady trickle of these reports of people hearing nothing from you and finding you uncontactable.

some of the recent reports on here worry me too

not because I think that something sinister is going on, just that it needs to he "headed off at the pass" like bazster says

those who have posted are worried, and some of the replies in other threads didnt help

I accept that those people involved cannot say too much on here , but anytime a complaint is published on here somebody should be skimming the forum for them and doing as you have done, sort out by pm

on a side note, in this day and age we all know that people promise to call back, then dont, despite numerous follow ups

dont fall into that trap, rise above it, otherwise it looks like you "cannot get the staff" and its bad for business

even though I dont have insider info, I am sure its like a swan, calm on the surface but paddling furiously underneath , plus I trust those I know are involved, but there needs to be a "must do better" notice put on the wall and get back to these people asap , who will be checking every day for a reverse contact, anxiously
