For me this is the key, the voucher was reflected (I assume) in the payment process and subsequent confirmations - the price the OP agreed to at the time. Goods have since been dispatched delivered (I assume). Contract was accepted and concluded - and therefore they have no right now to turn around and say the price was wrong

1. Their website shouldn't have accepted the code - not your problem.
2. They had a chance to review the order before concluding the contract but they didn't - not your problem.

You offered them X price, they accepted so tough on their part. How you deal with it is up to you - I'd be tempted to tell them I'm not paying, ignore any further contact and I wouldn't be placing any further orders with them.

The contract has been completed (they accepted payment, dispatched the goods and you received them). They cannot change the contract after it has been completed. However, they may not want to do any further business with you in the future if you don't pay them the extra £20.
