1. Their website shouldn't have accepted the code - not your problem.
2. They had a chance to review the order before concluding the contract but they didn't - not your problem.
You offered them X price, they accepted so tough on their part. How you deal with it is up to you - I'd be tempted to tell them I'm not paying, ignore any further contact and I wouldn't be placing any further orders with them.0 -
The contract has been completed (they accepted payment, dispatched the goods and you received them). They cannot change the contract after it has been completed. However, they may not want to do any further business with you in the future if you don't pay them the extra £20."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
