HELP! Painted flat roof problem

Options
Hi I painted my flat roof with this:

http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=69277&ts=17831

last wednesday and it has not rained until today. Now alot of the roof has turned from black to grey/green in colour and where it has changed colour the waterproofer is still soggy (wet) but where it is still black it is hard. Is this normal?

Thanks for any advise that you can give me.....

was your roof completely dry before you applied the product? I know it says suitable for damp surfaces but it should no remain wet or be soggy. I'm not sure about this particular product but the one I use needs 1 hour without rain after application. Also, did you give the stuff a really good stir before you applied it - tends to seperate if standing for long. The thin areas wont really cure properly unless it was thoroughly mixed. Keep a close watch on it in the sun and see if it blisters or begins to peel off.
