Hello. I brought a 10ft swimming pool 7 days ago from b&q but have found it to be faulty as it is letting air out rapidly. Stupidly the wife lost reciept. I understand with a bank statement i should be able to take it back. Question is should i still get a full refund?

If you can provide a proof of purchase, then you should get suitable resolution.
Remember that a replacement is also considered a suitable resolution.
How did the hole appear such that it is letting out air?
If the cause of the puncture is deemed to be 'user error' then the seller has no obligation to provide a remedy.0 -
I can only provide a bank statement. Ive looked everywhere for a hole but cant find anything ive read on reviews people have issues with the vale leaking air. It hasn't been used But when the pool was filled the air ring started going down. Looking at consumer rights if its faulty then im reading it as im entitled to refund?0

A bank statement should provide that proof.0 -

I can only repeat what I said earlier: "A bank statement should provide that proof".0 -

A repair (unlikely I would have thought), replacement or refund - as determined by the retailer."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
I would say a refund can be insisted upon as it is unlikely acceptance would have taken place yet. Particularly as it was on first use that this issue was spotted.0

Can u expkain further olliesdad? Whos acceptance of what?0

Easy way of finding holes in blow up pools (inner tubes from bike tyres too), submerge it under water (for pool you'd likely need to deflate a little and do it bit by bit). When you sqeeuze and see bubbles escaping.....you've found your leak.
Didnt the pool come with a puncture repair kit? I thought most did these days. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Yeah it came with repair kit but thats not the point. It could take hours finding a hole and a right pain to be honest. I dont expect there to be a fault when somethings brand new0
