I claim child and working tax credits. My eldest son is 16, just left school and is going in to full time education in september. He has a part time job. How many hours is he allowed to work before it effects my tax credits ?

As long as he is in full time education his earnings will have no effect on the tax credits.
You should let tax credits know that he is continuing full time education.
