Panasonic washing machine

Options
Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I have bought Panasonic washing machine almost two years ago and it broke for the third time! All three times same fault something gets sucked in between drums last time it was repaired one month ago repairs took 3 weeks! And it was screw that came off from washing machine. Is there any chance to get a replacement it still has one month warranty and all previous repairs was done by Panasonic. Just had enough to be able to do laundry every other month and I have twin boys who are 4! so you can only imagine how much laundry there is after 3 weeks.:mad::mad:
Can I have some advise how can i demand a replacment?!?!?

Any recourse is against the retailer who sold it to you.

Seller had 12 month warranty and manufacturer 24 month. So can not return to the shop.

Take a look into the links at the top.

A Manufacturers warranty is in addition to your consumer rights.

A Manufacturer can essentially make whatever warranty terms they like, retailers have to abide by the Sales of Goods Act in regards to goods sold to consumers.

As CoolHotCold says, read MSE's Consumer Rights guide.

In there you will find that you have up to six years to seek a remedy from whoever sold the thing to you.

Just spoke to the seller and they explain me that Panasonic have to give them a report that item can not be repaired after they can replace it without a problem. But now how to push Panasonic to give a green light for replacement? As they obviously will want to repair it again and again .... or should I just tell the seller you deal with Panasonic as I have 6 years to return item to you?

The seller has every right to ask you to prove that the problem is due to an inherent fault.

No you don't have six years to return item .
You do not even have six years warranty.
You have six years in which to take legal action.
Neither can you demand a replacement under the sale of goods act .
To claim against the vendor on a 2 year old product you need an independent engineers report . This should rule out damage and fair wear and tear and put the blame on a component faulty at sale or the reasonable expectation that the product should have lasted longer .

How to push panasonic to issue me with report for replacement? I do not want any more repairs as it is third time same fault happens and it's been just a month since it was last fixed.

Just tell them that your retailer is willing to replace if Panasonic will give them/send you a copy of the report.
