First I'm going to tell you all to stay clear of this site!!
I placed an order for a few jumpers and tops from this website last Thursday, paid by credit card as I didn't have enough to cover in my Paypal account. Payment was taken twice, have tried contacting them but to no avail. No confirmation emails from the company for either payment or order.
They don't have a contact number, they won't respond to my concerns through the "customer service" section of the website, and they won't respond to my messages on Facebook.
Can anyone please advise me where to go from here. On the account it's still telling me it's being processed. I'm at my wits end now, as I really can't afford to be losing money
What I'm concerned about too is that they have my credit card details now and I'm freaking out incase anything untoward happens there now.

They have a Facebook page, might get quicker response there. They are stating delays due to the sale. Your money might be in cyber space. They may already have refunded one lot, or not claimed it, but it can take a while to get back to your account.
Here's the link to their Facebook

Thanks. Have contacted them numerous times on the Facebook page both via PM and posting on the page. My posts somehow "disappear" on their page  Have also tried via Twitter but to no avail either. Will contact my credit card company but doubt anything could be done there as it's has already been paid.
Someone also having problems had mentioned contacting Consumer rights. Will look into that also.Pay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%0 -

All you have to do is convince your card issuer that a payment has been wrongly taken and the money will be returned to you.
