trying to use the account switch service, I linked to Halifax from MSM, filled in the application but it never asked for my present account details? so not sure if I've used the switch service to qualify for the £100?

When I go through MSM I see...
"apply online and switch at the end of the application"
Maybe you missed the option at the end of the application?
Doesn't matter though, as the requirement is to switch...not switch during the application itself. Simply wait until the account is opened and then initiate the switch.0 -

Yeah saw that, looked for a link at the end, couldn't see one tho?
