I applied 'online' for the 20 month 0% spending offer.

# got a we'll let you know in a few days message - thought I has been declined but it turns out they process all apps offline.

#got a great news letter, we've approved you - just return signed agreement and you'll have the card within 5 days.

# sent back signed agreement

# got a letter from 'Clydesdale' bank asking me to drop in bank statements before they can approve me. Was dated after the credit approved agreement but before they would have got the signed agreement back.

Now totally confused :rotfl:
