    If you both use paypal properly then your both protected.

    One rule is dont use gift payements for buying/selling.

    And then miss out on the opportunity of buying. I sell a lot of stuff, and I always realistically price it, it is very unusual to find myself left with something.

    I have put a post in the member's forum, alerting them to this issue, and a number have replied already, no thanks I don't need this sort of rubbish. So, not only has he lost out on this purchase, but he has probably marked his card for future purchases/sales.

    Not because I'm anything special on the forum, but I'm a regular, many have bought from me, and I've bought from some of them. They know I'm brutally honest with my description and they know what they're going to get. He can have all the protection he likes, but if he never manages to buy anything, it is going to come in much use, is it.
