Replace Santon Premier TP150E immersion heater?

I'm updating an all electric 1-2 bed flat which has an unvented Santon Premier TP150E immersion heater. Should I replace it?
I have updated the heating to Dimplex Quantums and wonder if the matched Quantum immersion heater (http://www.dimplex.co.uk/products/water_heating/unvented_cylinders/quantum_cylinder/cylinder_features.htm) would be beneficial or is there something better?
Any thoughts on installing an electric power shower? With or without a new immersion heater?
Any advice most welcome
