Cheapest way to 'invest' £10k into Euros. Not trading.

I have £10k that I want to invest in Euros. I won't be trading per se. Will simply convert back if and when the exchange rate tips back in the Euros favour. I won't be spending it on holidays etc. Purely speculating.

What's going to be the cheapest way of doing this, taking into account spread, charges, rates etc?
(I know investment may go up as well as down etc etc, just need to know cheapest option)

Thanks, John
